National Vice President South West Com. Aruson David intervention to the case of the Fuoye student who allegedly died in a Guy's hostel at iree Osun State.

Com. Aruson David and his Entourage with the NANS JCC Chairman Osun State Com. Agbogunleri seun visited iree Osun State where the incident occured.

Oloyede Romoke Safiyah the 200 level student of mathematics Education at Federal University of Oye Ekiti accompanied her friend (fadeke) a student of OAU Osun State to visit her boyfriend in iree Osun State.

Before their arrival the Boyfriend (Malik) Bought food for both of them to his house according to his girlfriend Fadeke after some minutes when they both ate the rice they started to vomit and Fadeke went to toilet to vomit where she eventually slept because she doesn't have strength to return back to the room,the following morning when she struggled to enter into the room, she noticed her friend had also vomited in the room and was lying on the on bed, She tried to wake her up but Romoke was not responding, her boyfriend entered, she asked him to help her wake Romoke up unknown to her that she had died, the guy replied, "is she not your friend? Wake her up yourself" in the process the guy (Malik) lock both of them in the room and ran away to Osogbo.

With the capacity of the NAUS Vice President South West who connect with security agencies in Osun State and the support of the NANS JCC Chairman Osun State the Guy (Malik) was caught in Osogbo and was brought back to iree Divisional Headquarters Osun State. We interrogated him and Fadeke, we also visited the house of Malik in iree, we noticed that the guy is a Yahoo boy having search his house some things were found there, traditional materials like local black pot and local Black Soap.

The NAUS Vice President South West discussed with the D.P.O of the Police Station to transfer the case to the State CID for further investigation where the DPO gave his assurance that, the case will be transferred tomorrow morning to Osogbo.

We also met with the father of Romoke, and a Honorable from their family. They appreciated the Vice President and his Entourages and requested for our support to make justice reign and to ensure the case Shouldn't be swept under carpet.

The police have assured us that vital investigation shall be made and the case shall be charge to the court of law.
