This kind of happening is so saddening, if the driver was over speeding, are we supposed to have potholes on a major road like Lagos/ibadan? if only u can imagine how many business transactions happen via that road daily. We have bad roads, our govt. steal money. the money Patricia stole can repair that road to a perfect condition 10 times over. if the people are careless by speeding , the govt should consider safety for the citizens
