Good evening traders. Please I need your advise on this. I've been learning how to trade and have mastered the craft but was constrained by funds to start trading.

Fortunately, I told my brother about it and we agreed that I will be trading for him while we share the profit.

He proposed to be paying me 25% commission plus feeding. I live in his house because he has steady light. But as a trader you know most account managers take between 35% to 50% commission, I agreed because he's my elder brother.

I started on 23rd July and from $3,825 deposit, I've made $1,750 profit.

We are to withdraw profit by next week Friday which will make it a month.

From this $1,750 profit, I told him we will withdraw $1,500 instead of $1,750 so that his balance will be up to $4,000 because his plan was to deposit $4,000 when we were starting but due to high exchange rate, his #6.4m deposit didn't give up to $4,000.

I was surprised and angry this evening when he told me that out of the $1,500 we are to withdraw, he will give me $200. I replied him that I thought it's 25%. He then said okay I will take $250, which is still below my share of $375.

And we still have next week to trade.

Please how do I approach him? The emotional stress and the discomfort. I trade 1hr timeframe and wake up every 1hr at night to manage trades while he sleeps well then is it too hard to stick to the agreement.

Please I need your advise. Thanks.

Draft, Type and print contract with both of ur names and signature as agreement.

You should be happy it's even $3, and not more than that. Because you'd would have blown it all the same. If you can't trade with $3 profitably, you won't trade with $3k profitably.

The funds should be seen in % and not amount. So stop trying to make money but learning how to really trade instead. The money will follow once the skills is there.

Using a $3 cent would be more reasonable because it will be $300Usc but trading with $3 will not only put pressure on him, it will also make him hesitate when some setups show up.

1:1RR is gold especially if you have a +80% Winrate strategy.

This is a backtest of the 1:1RR strategy I'm working on.
Omo it just eaze the whole process and the simpler you make the strategy the less emotions is involved.

And with a high Winrate strategy the way your confidence will skyrocket ehn.

Can be what you studied in school. Or you can do another thing as long as na 9-5 and e dey gree you run ur side business/gigs

Skill
Any handwork or softskill that can generate you $$$ on the side

Investment
This is where 30-50% of the $$ from the options above is sunk into. Preferably a long term investment like stocks, bonds, ETFs e.t.c

Kindly remove No.2 and 6 from your trading plan or else you will learn the hard way.
There is nothing like fixed SL or TP which you specified in your trading plan.
Some folks here might disagree with me but there is nothing like a fixed RR. You take what the market gives you in terms of RR(nothing less than 1:1 for me though).

I second this. Avoid No 6.

Its not bad having a fixed RR target, I'm also using a fixed RR but as for No. 6 Troway am

And also I think 2-3 pair is Ok if you are trading from 1H/15M timeframe, But if it is 5M below 1 Pair is Ok.
