I just finished building and publishing a complete admin dash board built entirely with tailwind css and some sprinkles of alpine js components. It's ultra responsive and comes packed full with plenty of features and pages including authentication pages, blog applications etc.

It also has some widgets for charts and todos and a handful of other components. Alpine js is used for the primary js functionalities and Apexcharts and TipTap are used for the charts and text editor respectively.
