instead of accepting foreigners' definition of your country as ''failed'', you should be asking yourself questions such as , those countries, were they ever underdeveloped themselves, and during that time, did they term themselves ''failed'' the way they've made you term your country?

even if u like it or not, the international world and even some  national citizens sees our country as failed.

Nigeria is gradually becoming a failed state and US should shift priority from economic and commercial interests to good governnance and security.
Nigeria as a failed state will become a global menace. I will not be surprised if those security screening devices given to Nigeria were sold in the black market.

A LAPTOP CAN BE OVERCHARGED,
presently my laptop is called a television by every1 who uses it,
any time nepa takes the electricity my laptop just goes off cos my batterys spoilt
durin summer in august my laptop waz permantly charged as in 24/7 nd there was constant electricity where i waz, so i was really not bothered  to unplug it,
but by the time i got back home,  i discovered dat my battery power was lower, 
the battery that normally works 4 2 hours started working 4 only 20 minutes  and by september my battery jst finally stoped working

if you keep your laptop constantly charging it can damage the battery (in old laptops). New batteries have a fail safe that cuts off the electrical charge when the battery is fully charged.

my laptop just became 1 year old,  i don't think its that old,



@ poster pls pls pls i beg u always unplug ur charger when ur laptop is fully charged,  its really frustrating to have a bad battery,

personally i think the best antivirus is kapersky
norton could not even detect anything
i tried mcaffe and it was just a plain dummy
the avg i used deteced everytin on my system as a virus and made my system very slow
my avast just brought more calamity and noise
my friend used bit defender and it nearly crashed her system
right now i am using kapersky and its proving to be a good boi

but i think its a matter of choice
or the type and strength of viruses u're expecting[color=#770077][/color]

i am a computer science student in a higher instituition. i am really getting a hang of the course but am really confused about what area i should focus on
(networking, programming etc)
