Lodge the complain with the bank. But be sure to spent 11k on follow up (airtime and/or Tfare)

OK am new to this online betting stuff but was Fortunate to win like 11k on 31st of December 2017, so i withdrew the 11k online via the bet9ja mobile app and it was pending Withdrawal due to that period been holidays. Ok now fast forward to yesterday 2nd January, 2018 i received an email from interswitch(Quickteller) saying thank you, you have been payed but till now it's yet to reflect in my ecobank account... Guys any help with this?
