Basically I think Sterling Bank are not organized(no offense.. I have nothing against their staffs or their recruitment process)
I had my effective communications test in November, my first interview in December, my interview with group head hr in December, my medicals in December....
And since then I've heard nothing from them. A lot of the guys I had medicals with are already working in d various branches they've been posted to after training school...
There's no uniformity, and it actually doesn't cost anything to keep candidates apprised of what is happening...
Anyways.. Thank God for God.
I got kpmg while waiting for sterling...


The recruitment process is good..
But it can b better...

Seconded! The Indian that interviewed me implied getting an offer is next. And it could take a week or 3months. Lool. Fingers crossed!

So nobody said anything about a 'psychometric mail'? Or would it b together with the offer letter...
