Op, I almost didn't want to write this because you might not see it, but then it could save your mother's life.
Please state the symptoms here and people that have seen similar cases can advise you appropriately. You can also search the Internet for the symptoms to deduce what the problem COULD be.

I'm saying this from Experience; nearly lost my mum to an "unknown" illness too. Our health centres and grossly incompetent, so they might not get the right diagnosis. We took her from one hospital to the other without any results for years until I searched for her symptoms and discovered she had Hyperthyroidism.
Took her to the hospital the next day and told the doc to test her for thyroidism. Came out positive and we commenced treatment.
She made full recovery even she still takes drugs to keep the thyroid at normal levels.

The churches and native doctors will not help you either. They'd just drain you of money and make your situation worse.

The op is a lying blogger. I was on the bridge this morning, passed shortly after the accident. I saw the victim with an injured limb being attended to by paramedics.
The report of missing limb is totally untrue!
