Very encouraging, have been a silent reader since February, but started reading from 2017, 2018 in parts that are relevant till date to get knowledge for winter application 2019. We kind of have same vision, also wrote my waec year 2000, graduated 2008 from Uni, just that I wanted to do my masters abroad and your testimony has given me more courage to keep pushing on. God bless you, hope to see you in Germany soon in Jesus name. heybaby12: I started in 2017 april I think I met the thread in part 3,towards the end( I made sure I read part 2 and over 300 pages for part 3) was present in the opening ceremony of part 4.
My admission testimony was in part 4,
May AM,visa testimony in Part 5,
I started this dream with 50kobo at hand. I had to share DHL space with my friend cos money no dey to send am. But favour remembered me just 7 days before my interview ,my confirmation from fintiba came the night before my interview.
Ppl said it was a slim chance for me getting the visa cos I am going for another Bsc after so long , but I went ahead and took the chane. Today it's a different story.
What am I saying here have faith, believe and keep firm to your dreams. If it can happen to me it will happen for you. I have wanted to leave Nigeria for schooling abroad since I wrote my waec in 2000 but no green light until 18 years later.
Never say never.

NB: Please and please newbies, read oooooooooooo |

Good morning all, @ justwise, ekpotek n all, pls I need clarification on behalf of my friend applying for 6months tourist visa for annual leave in october which will be sponsored by my boyfriend here in Nigeria as a gift, they have been dating for 7months now. She is fully employed but her salary is 70k. Questions are as follows; 1. Does she have to attached pictures and conversations of them as evidence of relationship since they are both in Nigeria 2. He has a closing balance of 1million and fixed deposit of over 50million, will it fly? 3. She ticked single in her marital status while filling the form and entered "partner" on the section of who else is paying for this trip. Pls is she on track cos she already submitted her online form? Or she explain in the cover letter the mistake? 4. How will the sponsorship letter be written since they are both in Nigeria This are the documents in place; 1. Employment and Introduction letter 2. 6months payslip and bank statement 3. Staff ID, Cover letter and tenancy agreement 4. Hotel reservation 5. Sponsor's Bank statement and investment letter 6. ekpotek: We are all here to offer advises and help each other. Nobody can predict the mind of the ECO. However, given your current circumstances with poor economic and social ties to Nigeria, it will be extremely rare to get a visit visa now. Nonetheless you're free and welcome to give it a try. Good luck. Thanks. |

Austine2020: You are very correct, this people are just doing whatever they like. What about my wife that has used 6 Schengen visas since 2009 and the last one expired just last year, And has used 2 US visas with the last one still valid till end of next year,. Even her last travel was last january to the US but they still refused her visa for church conference in the Uk,on the ground that she didnt fill how much was her salary,& because of that they didnt believe she will return to Nigeria after her visit,. When she has a very good personal statement of account with a good inflow/outflow as well as a balance of up to 4mil,.because we always use her personal account for all our businesses. But u will still see them give visas to people with virgin passports,little amount in Account,and people without any traveling records. So u are very correct & i agree that everyone stands a chance of getting visas depending on the ECO that handles your case. I appreciate. Thanks. |

showstopa: I also wonder. I have sponsored my mum on 3 occasions including this last one and my whole family in 2014 and they were all given visas. It's not in the sponsoring but in the surrounding circumstances Okay |

Advisory: 1. Anyone can be sponsored mate 3. He can use both account statements to be sure 4. Less than 300k well since your sponsor has got more I will recommend he builds your account for a while before you apply. 2. Documents you need are on UKVI NOTE: 60k might be an issue mate. Thank you. |

Goodmorning all, I'm new here and want some clarification on sponsored uk tourist visa @ justwise, advisory, ekpotek, etc. I currently work with bank as contract staff for more than two years now, and my salary is 60k aside commission monthly. My brother in-law wants to sponsor my trip to uk as a gift for my annual leave around October. This are my questions;
1. Can an adult be sponsored?
2. Aside his bank statement and sponsorship letter, what other documents will I need from him.
3. Should he use his oil and gas company bank statement or his personal account?
4.I have less than 300k in my account for now cos I didn't plan for it, hope it won't be an issue?
Thanks. |
