In Nigeria, the government of APC are more interested in witch hunting truth tellers than in holding liars and propagandists accountable, while media outlets like NTA, ChannelsTv and certain journalists as well as data boys are pampered with “brown envelopes” to influence and 'hallelujahlise' their reporting.

Trump is not stopping these media organisations from reporting, publishing, or criticising his administration. His restriction is about access to the White House, not a blanket ban on their ability to operate as news organisations.

People are saying if Adeleke wins, it is proof that the APC is weak in the SW despite having federal control. But have you considered whether Tinubu's gameplan is to let Adeleke win after all? What if all this APC's "seriousness" is just disguise to trick everyone into thinking that APC feels threatened so that everyone will lose guard? It's not beyond Tinubu. He's a strategist. The plan may be to deceive people into thinking APC is seriously contesting the election. Meanwhile, they don't really care about Osun like that.
