@Sheriman You can run android studio on a 4gb system, 8gb and above will be better, but it doesn't mean you can't run android studio on a 4gb system, it will run very fine on a 4gb system, the only thing that might slow it down is when you turn on the emulator, and you can always use your physical android device to test in place of using the emulator

You talked about processors, INTEL is recommended because the accelerator used in the emulator is INTEL HAXM, but that doesn't mean people with other processor types can't run emulator or use android studio, they can use android studio fine, they can always substitute the emulator with external ones like GENYMOTION which is very fast, they can also just make use of their physical Android device to test
