The site has to be built in a manner that will facilitate management of registered membership profiles (sending of emails, order details, sms alerts etc.), in a manner that will not stress the site admin /manager. It should be VERY EASY to manage even by a less tech savvy admin....i.e data entry.

Each member will have a personal profile page showing his activities, financial reimbursements and balances, etc.

Can you do this?
For how much?
For how long would it take?
What platform/language are you going to work with?

it only tells me message sent when i comment $mail->isSMPT(); but doesn't send any E-mail....please i dont knpw where this problem might be coming from

Am opening this thread only and only for those without AdSense, I recently opened a thread for my eBook which I planned to sell for a fee, but after some observations, I decided that I will give it out for FREE!
I have seen a lot of bloggers trolling webmaster section here on NL due to lack of AdSense, and some set of people getting scammed daily! With this eBook am sharing, I have gotten 4 AdSense Approved 3 Nigeria and a U.S account.

Note: This is not in anyway a blackhat trick! Just a very easy method to get AdSense!
