The smartphone market is evolving fast every few months there's a new model, new camera tech, or some AI-based feature popping up. As consumers, it's getting harder to decide what really matters when buying a new phone.

Is it:
Camera quality (for content creators and selfie lovers)?

Battery life (because PHCN no dey smile)?

Fast charging?

Gaming performance?

Display size and resolution?

IP rating

Or is it just value for money?

I’ve noticed some brands (like Realme, Infinix, and Xiaomi) are quietly doing some interesting things in the mid-range space lately, packing strong features into affordable packages. For example, a friend recently got a realme phone with 120Hz refresh rate, a 5,310mAh battery, and decent night photography for under 200k.

What are you using right now, and what made you pick it?

This realmeC75, I haven’t used it personally, but the feedback I’ve heard so far has been surprisingly positive for a phone in its category.

can it compare to the Camon and Redmi?

For me my top picks will be the Redmi, Samsung I'd like to try out a new brand so the realme is something I can recommend from reviews I've seen

My take also, some older brands are losing to it. Bring quality with unmatched affordability

likeee, most of them are just giving us quality in their flagships while the midrangers and budget be something you can't use for more than a year!

For now, I think the realme C75 and Tecno Spark 40 are the top on my list now. Those brands are doing greatly in their designs.

Depends on your budget Anything from iPhone 13 Pro Max and above, for camera, battery life and optimization.


Samsung s22 and above for camera but poor battery life.


Google pixel 7pro and above for good battery life, camera and A.I elements.


These, and only these are your options as a content creator.

it's not, I have a friend using this phone as her main device she has not had any complaint and it handles all her stuffs well

I want to try out new brands now like oppo, realme or Poco let me see if they've got good stuff!

Both are really solid devices with impressive specs that I'd want in a phone, what about the price for each?
