I wouldn't say this though because brand are now bringing quality to their budget and mid-range phones. So if you walk into a phone shop you will certainly see a good and quality phone for your budget

I want to get a phone around 160k range and I'm trying to decide between Itel s25 and realmec71. Both of their specs looks good enough but I don't know which one to go for, and also if you know any other phone around that price range it will be helpful

I’ve noticed it too. Even design-wise, budget phones are no longer looking “cheap.” The realme C71 Marble Green finish, for instance, looks very Premium.

If I try on my realme or Tecno I go still use that 4gb on top 90 mins wey i stream

Most mid-range chips aren’t built for longevity... They perform great at first but degrade fast.
