Actually , once all the documents needed for the visa application is ready, only the visa fee will be paid and is about 30k plus , except if the applicant needs an assistance from travel agent that might bring about service charge .

So I think even with less that 45k , u can process your south Africa visa but visa issuance is left only to the consular .
