charmil is for fungal infections.... not ordinarily for injuries,bruises n stuffs like that....
Op you can get penicilin healing ointment from a pharmacy or vet shop...Then do well to change your vet...A concerned and serious vet would continue treatment till that injury is healed...Find another vet who would give him the perfect medications coupled with antibiotics to kill germs from inside-out....I just hope the injury is not infected already cause am seeing dried pus around it..Get a Vet!
Charmil cream is not just anti fungal but has also antibacterial, antiinflammatory, anti-pruritic, vulnerary properties due to the herbal oils contained.

I gave mine normal milk and the dog have been vomiting for 2 days now. How can I stop the vomiting?
Stop giving him his normal food and give him kind of diet ... cook rice until it is very soft and mix it with chicken meat (no bone/skin). Do this for two, three days and before adding another ingredient to his food again...offer him a lot of water to prevent dehydration and maybe let him lick one spoon of natural honey if you feel he is weak.

Pls monitor your dog closely. If you are not seeing any improvement after one or two days of feeding diet pls see a vet.

You might try Chamil cream (from well sorted pet shop/vet) that makes wounds to heal much faster.

May I ask you what happened to Buster?

Pls do not give your dog normal milk because most dogs experience acute intestinal distress — like gas, diarrhea or vomiting. This is because most dogs suffer from lactose intolerance. Get a good formulated puppy milk instead from your vet or pet shop and offer as an additional meal ( making 4 main meals and 1 milk meal)

Furthermore you should use a higher percentage of quality ingredients ( 60-70% meat/bones/fish, 30-40% vegetables and fruits) that provide your dog with the nutrition he needs. Rice/indomie is a filler that steal some of the calories your dog needs just to fuel the extra work the digestive system has to go through to break those fillers down.

@Ginaz
Thanks for your concern ... I am very sure that they being well taking care of. But I guess snapping pictures like a model (one after the other) while the other pups are playing exciting games can be a little bit frustrating. wink

We have a gorgeous litter of Pure Breed German Boxer puppies (3 females and 4 males) which are quite rare in Nigeria.

They were born on 3rd August and are now ready to move to their new loving homes.

Both parent were imported from Germany and live with us. The puppies are well socialised and of course dewormed and vaccinated.
