Steadily available electricity makes costs of production lower and produced goods more competitive when compared to imports. The reason why foreign rice will always be cheaper than local rice is because foreign rice mills don't have to deal with the added cost of generating their own electricity unlike what our mills here have to deal with.

But ofcourse as a lawyer, I don't expect Deji to know that. Since all lawyers by nature are pre-qualified idiots. They are a huge reason why Nigeria is the mess it currently is.
