I think the rationale is that those countries host USA military bases and USA attacks Iran from those bases.

I think Iran's strategy is to remove the USA from its neighborhood and then the USA will be attacking from it's mainland which would then be targeted by Iranian military 🪖
But it won't come to that because once the USA is removed from the middle East, the USA would stop fighting Iran.

Private schools have been charging high amount for waec exams before a friend of mine paid abt#90000 for the just concluded exam even in govt school you don't even pay the real amount

If government increase it. Be rest assured that same ur friend sch will charge well above 90000 next year. That's how it goes.
If you don't pay the real amount in gov schs. Who pays the deficit. Aside some states that have a policy of enrolling waec for students
