What is your brand? Research has shown that FACT is 10% Reality and 90% Perception. What that simply means is that you are not what/who you say you are. You are what people PERCEIVE you to be. If you ever want to become that brand that you desire, begin to consciously work on people's perception of you. But first, build content within your self. For when you are done tuning people's perception towards you, what will keep them tuned will be the content that they come in contact with. #Insidify |
The Future of Recruitment (contd.) ...It is that, and only that (referring to relationship; check previous post), that will make the person's erstwhile senior colleague to make a strong recommendation and referral to the new employer concerning that person’s competencies. That is what we have achieved at Insidify.com, Africa’s 1st social job site. We have been able to seamlessly combine professionalism and that much required relationship inherent across social media platforms. This is, unequivocally, the future of recruitment. Do you agree? Kindly share post with friends and reply with your comments. Thanks. |

This is not just because they have garnered experience while working at their previous job (which,of course they have) but more because a senior colleague who has worked closely with the person in question has come to respect and trust that person and his/her quality of work. To put it succinctly; they have built a relationship! So how can you build a relationship geared towards getting you that [next] dream job? Stay tuned to find out! #Insidify |
