If I may ask you, which country are you presently and how many countries have you ever been too? You guys need to stop discouraging people with there traveling plan. Not everybody will make his success life in countries like USA, Canada, UK, Australia or any other Schengen States. Someone who is in Albania and taking care of his family back home and feeding and paying his own personal bill monthly over there is doing well or you expect me to say he is suffering over there? This is how many people will come out and say there is no work in Canada or America and yet if u ask them to go back Naija they will say NO. Brother no be everybody go make ham for same country, where ever you going just make sure God leads u because many people go USA, Canada etc and never bring back a dime. So don’t discourage people pls Albania is good for a starter. That might not be the final destination but atleast start from somewhere and make your plans. Stop discouraging people’s opinion pls. Well did u later do your traveling to Albania 🇦🇱? As for someone in Albania I have a brother who went to Albania last month and within 2 weeks he got his TRC which he will keep renewing, and I must tell you he is currently working already and doing okay for himself. And again the person who ask you to pay 5m only want to squiz Money out of you because I’m doing my own from the same agent who did my brothers own but I must be honest with u him when he did his own he did not pay up to half of 5m and even me who is doing mine now I’m not going to pay up to half of 5m as well. Well I’m not preaching to anyone to believe me or not but mind you let’s just all be careful and making family proud is our goals. Honestly let’s stop discouraging people from traveling so far the country is far better than Nigeria. We have a lots of Nigerians in Ghana, Kenya, southy and other African countries but truth be told many of them are doing far better than some people in USA, Canada, UK and other European countries. What we should all pray for is that the land should be a blessing to us and not discourage each other. Let’s pray for God blessings where ever we find ourselves 🙏

Last year September, I finally ticked Turkey off my bucket list. I’m a Nigerian women from Port Harcourt, and I had been saving for almost a year for this trip. My main goal was to explore Istanbul and taste their food I always saw on YouTube.

The visa process was not too stressful because I applied early. I booked a cheap Airbnb near Sultanahmet Square so I could walk to most tourist spots.

On my first morning, I visited the Blue Mosque, architecture is out of this world. Then I got lost in the Grand Bazaar (and I didn’t mind at all 😅). I bought a handmade scarf for my mum and some Turkish delights that almost finished before I came back.

My favorite part of the trip was the Bosphorus cruise at sunset. Sitting on the deck, watching the city lights reflect on the water, and hearing the call to prayer in the background… it felt magical.

One funny thing is "a shop owner thought I was from Brazil until I told him I was Nigerian". He smiled and said, “Nigeria... Good football” 😂

Honestly, Istanbul is a place I would visit again. If you love history, food, and shopping, just go. You won’t regret it.

For me Istanbul is the best city i ever visited. let's go together again next year and 50% of the expenses on me except the visa wahala.

For me South American is the only surest route to obtain passport faster .

From Chile, Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay.. these country are the best options to get there passport now and all as visa free to whole European countries UK and major Asian countries even More visa free country to Africa country's then having a Nigeria passport..

it will take you approximately 10 years to lay your hand on Chile's passport irrespective of what you read online . Argentina requires you to live uninterrupted for 2 years before you can qualify now and as a black man ,you won't fully blend in . Uruguay is no go because they will descriminate again you as a naturalized citizen on your passport and it is even difficult to get a residence there if your passport is nit visa free to their country.

I know , even amongst people of the same state. In Kogi state we have Igbira, Yoruba and other tribes and there is discrimination amongst them from the same state. I love Brazil and it's where I will stay but I just don't like the way some YouTubers are deceiving people like it's Utopia. Tell people the reality and what to expect and let them prepare not just because of consultation fees then we will now whitewash everything. I saw one crying recently that one of them deceived her to Brazil.

i blocked all those YouTubers because they are opportunist. They are interested in consultation Brazil is not a country to hussle like Uk or US but a bless to start a business or even work as a nomad.

You are correct, Brazil has more of Portuguese architecture which makes it look like modern Lagos unless you travel to places like Curitiba and some German dominated areas but when it comes to party and having fun na Brazil.

Brazil is big and there is jo equality in class but no country in South America is as developed as Brasil.i have been to Argentina,Chile and Colombia . There are many cities in the interior of Sao Paulo with massive infrastructure . Curitiba, Florianópolis are famous among European immigrants.

if you are living in a mansion in Nigeria,you shouldn't be living in favela in Brazil . A decent house in a condominium should be affordable for you .Brazil has her own problem and going there to seek alms wont give you a better life

I'm not going there because it's cheaper or expensive nor going there to work. Need a sane country to live and get their passport. Open trading account with US brokers to trade stock option and futures. The limitations on Nigerians is too much.

And with what I've watch on YouTube Nigeria is more expensive than brazil if you actually want to live and not mere existing.

2 bedroom apartment "casa" in sao paulo is from R$2.000 to R$5,000 (350$-900$) imagine paying R$3000 per month (6,500 usd or 9m naira in a year) for a beautiful 2bedroom condo apartment with constant light, good water, gym, pool, event/dinner area etc in brazil and you've the privilege to visit hospital for free treatment, go to nearby city and you don't have to pay to use the beach and on Sunday free public transport and other benefits from the government.

Compare the above scenario to living in lagos IV or Ikoyi paying more than 15 millions naira or more for an average empty old 2 bed apartment without constant light, dirty water, smelly streets with bad road. No benefits from government, pay more than 700k in a month in band A, spend more than 150k for Internet. Drive 15mins and see people living on water from your home, on a good afternoon you can easily spend more than 2 hours in traffic from VI - Ajah. You'll pay to enter beach nothing is free, one king somewhere has arranged boys to collect from people. You can't even travel with your car or go on road trips without the fear of police, bandits, biafra with their sit at home. You need to hold extra money when travelling with your car for police men. I can go on and on, Nigeria isn't a place for a sane person to live unless you're benefiting from corruption and you're corrupt too.

Im sorry to break it to you but If Nigeria is expensive for you then Brasil would not be cheaper .

Please what's the dating life in chile. I'm a day trader but not fully profitable and I'm tired of Nigerian girls. Majority of them are emotionally unavailable and money focused. They're not passionate/romantic.

My plan is to travel to Brazil once I'm profitable and live there because of the low cost of living.

Brasil is far more affordable than any country in South America. SP is an international city and you could expect it to be more expensive but if you move to the interior like Sorocaba or even Campinas,you can then understand the difference. Better still,go and live in Nordeste and you will see wonders of Brasil.

It's cheaper in the neighbouring country of Paraguay that is why some people do go there to get stuff. Are you in Brazil? If no, then ask people who are trustworthy living there . Stuffs are not cheap , though you gets some handouts from the Government like milk if you have kids in the school, books ,you can get free food from Caritas or church but saying Brazil is cheap na lie ,it is cheaper when you earn in dollars or Euros and spending in reais but not for someone earning in reais .

We are naturally selfish. Despite everything being said, Brazil is one of the most generous country towards Africa in general when it comes to visa purposes. I personally know 5 people that got admitted to universities in Brazil with scholarships this year. Nigerians with entitlement mentalities would not cease to surprise me

Yes,the future is not bright for them anymore . Real paper residency is the solution now if you are interested in another passport.

Yes.i have flown Qatar, Turkish, ET but the seat of TAAG is more spacious and more practical but their hospitality service was very horrible. Luanda to Sao Paulo flight was so comfortable.

14hrs straight flight is hellish. Though the 8hrs flight with TAAG from Launda to Sao Paulo is quite comfortable, better plane with personal TV screen.

I don't know if Air maroc will have a better schedule.

To be honest, TAAG economy class is the best i have ever flown and I'm a frequent flyer.The hardware was solid and i don't need any entertainment but their service was the most horrible i have ever experienced. A flight scheduled for 11am from Nigeria end up to 11pm with no explanation,no food nor shelter. As if that was not enough, they took us to a very horrible hotel in Luanda with no explanation still.

14hrs from Doha to Sao Paulo in an economy class is hell too.

TAAG is cheaper but it is not something one will recommend, it is very discomforting.

I booked the shorter layover flight(6hrs) at Launda, it was hell.
We all say down for the duration of the layover, no where to lay down or sleep, no entertainment, no refreshment, nothing.

After enduring that stress, we now embarked on a 8hrs straight flight from Launda to Sao Paulo.

If you are not strong, you will fall sick.

It is better to book the cheapest dates for Qatar airways(N1.6M), than to suffer with TAAG because of the little difference.

They will only ask you to submit your passport.

I have a friend who is flying TAAG soon with a long layover in Luanda.

TAAG is a hit and miss. They are not an airline I would want to have a long layover with. Just make sure you book the one with short waiting time . My last layover lasted for 2 days and i lost all the food items in my bag because the luggages didn't arrive with me in Brazil. Ever since,i have been flight Qatar but it's not advisable if you are pregnant because of the distance.
