My response was to the OP's claim of "fear", an element that is anathema to development in any worthwhile endeavour in life.

Now, with the occult, fear is extremely dangerous as you start "seeing" things that aren't there in addition to seeing "things" that are there.

Now, with things that are there, your training should be enough to handle issues (hopefully, as there is always a curveball around the bend but to the intrepid and discerning soul such an experience only adds up to more knowledge [if you survive that is..lol scaring the OP some more eh?]).

If the OP must successfully project, he must forget or be ready to face all the stories he heard about the "demon(s) at the threshold". Why? Because if he doesn't realise that the stories are just plain balderdash devoid of substance and where real could be dispensed with easily by he that is grounded in his belief of security informed in turn by his unswerving faith in God or his protector, then he is in for a truly "wild" astral projection experience (if he even succeeds in projecting in the first instance).

As for not seeing a lot of "them" in Yaba, how do you know what brought the inmates there? You think all madness is "medically" related? Until you ask, you may never know. Like a renowned practitioner of the highest arts remarked, insanity seems to be the occupational hazard of those who must travel the road of the occult.

The only place one could get lost is if you do a quantum jump and don't know how to go back. It's not a bad thing but obviously a sudden change of reality could be misinterpreted as mental health problem. Many people suffer from it already.

I believe so. A lot of people experience it these days. It happens when the strands of DNA that supports it gets activated. Science is yet to know much about this. Some people get it activated via meditation, while some like your just happen. We are all spirits at the end of the day.

I was young and I remembered my grad dad was ill at the hospital. My mum forced me to go to bed because there were visitors in the living room. I tried to force myself to sleep then I felt my body going numb. I couldnt feel them anymore....it was a bit scary but then I noticed I was floating above the bed. I turned around and could see my body. I knew this wasn't a dream as I could hear my mum talking in the living room.

I was really curious about my grandad who was ill.....the next think I knew was I was with him in the hospital. He was in a general ward and I could see him sleeping. Next thing I was was me beside the ocean. I have always loved the ocean, and this time I was there. I saw my mum walk past me. I looked at her and was full of appreciation. I felt loved and greatful for the life experience I had. But I couldn't move beyond the ocean as there was something like a spring pulling me back. Before I knew I was back in my room, my mum was calling me.

After that I would go out at will and later it stopped. I dream a lot now and I usually control my dreams. It's made me understand life better.

I think you shouldn't be scared. You have a great gift. You should enjoy it, you cannot die doing it. It is the most blissful state you can be. Thst is what people do drugs to experience, or smoke weed to feel " high"

This thread is still current! Unfortunately I can't experience it as I used to, but I do have lots of dreams which is a lovely substitute. I enjoy reading about other people's experiences.

What I meant is, nobody should train on occult things WITHOUT proper guidance, or knowing what they are doing. Proper guidance does not necessarily imply a guru or a master, but at least one should know what one is doing or be able to take sound directions from such a person.

Back to your question, there is nothing wrong in visiting the astral, whether consciously or unvoluntarily. Don't be afraid, it is fine with you.

Astral Projection is safe. You are lucky to read from someone who has projected to before, it was scary for me, because I never met anyone who had traveled before but I am telling you now, no matter how scary the story you heard about Astral Project, do not be afraid.

Note: It might appear that you are dying, and you have not experienced dying before, so trust me, you wont die. Just let go of fear and you will defeat your fear and especially the fear of death. Your life will never be the same again after you have undergone the projection.

Start with bi-location, it will take time for some, but for others, whose vibrational frequency is already high or your Soul has upgraded to 5D then it will be easy.

It is a lifelong goal, so dont beat yourself to it.

Just thinking about it means you are ready to face your fear. But are you ready ?

First time(s) fear and anguish. Some curiosity too. But this in turn prevents deep experiences.
The other you are quite normal, depending also on what you experience. People are usually afraid of the unknown. So the more an experience is a mystery, the more they are likely to be afraid, and the shorter that experience will be.

But as far as I am concerned, I encourage nobody to train in occult techniques to learn in Astral projection and similar issues. Not because they are bad per se, but they can be dangerous and should not be attempted out of curiosity.

The best is to grow spiritualy by learning to love others, and those things shall come naturally, and unforced. When they are natural, they are safe.

I travel but i do not understand how it happens....i fly during my astral travels but it is by the Power of God and nothing to do with me.

Ezekiel had an astral projection where the spirit of God entered him and he saw many things.
Isiah's mouth was touched with a hot coal picked with a tong...this was in an astral projection...and he spoke the unspeakable.
Jacob wrestled with an Angel......this cannot be physical but in the spirit.

There are many instances in the Bible where persons were projected by God to see the future and prefer solutions.

Like I reiterate, the greatest enemy of occult development is fear. Until you "kill" your fear you're condemned to a life of wastage (sic) with regard to practicing the "High Arts".

What are you afraid of? Aren't you a bible or God believing Christian? Or Muslim? Or whatever higher power you believe in? Before projecting, anoint your body say your prayers of thanks, grace and protection and believe God has heard you. Finito.
