You woke me up this morning with a warm kiss on my neck and then it occurred to me you were to travel that morning to Abuja for the “International Builders Summit” I sprung to my feet and dashed to the kitchen to make you a quick breakfast but halfway down the stairs I could perceive the aroma coming from the kitchen, I smiled to myself knowing fully well you had prepared breakfast for us, as it has been the routine ever since I got fully bumped up with pregnancy.

I came back to the room; you were all set and ready to leave. I walked you to the car and you promised to call me upon arrival, your summit was for two days you were to return home on Friday. You kissed me passionately while patting my bump; you also gave our unborn baby a kiss, telling him to take care of mummy while you were away. ”DON’T WORRY sweetie, I’ll be back before you miss me” those were your words to me 24-02-2013
