It's a pity that some pple will call you scam & all sorts of names for all your good deeds. A lot of us have benefited grately from your well research commemts in the past.

On a personal note, I own the house I recently moved into to your credit & advise. In case you have forgotten, remember I solicited your assistance in selling my property in Ikorodu sometime last year. We had a meeting in my office in Ilupeju, you went to Ikorodu & saw the property & did other search concerning it without asking for a dime from me. At the end, you advice that I should either complete it & move in or hold on to it as you forsee a boom in Ikorodu property prices soon. Initially, I thought you were not interested in selling the property but later I saw the sense in your position.

In April this year, my Landlady in Surulere came up with all sorts of stories to kick us (tenants) out. After an initial search for another place in Surulere, I remembered your advise & promptly pump my cash into finishing my Ikorodu place instead of paying the ridiculous rents that I was offered for a new place that will run out in no time. I move into my place 31st Oct 2009 & you can't imagine the peace I have enjoyed in the last 2 weeks.

Also about 2 months ago I called you again to assist a friend in Dangote that want to sell his property in Sango Ota, you promptly swung into action by reaching out to your contact there (since Ota was outside your jurisdiction) to assist. I later saw pictures of the property on nairaland for sales & my friend is almost sealing the deal.

I am sure there are many of these kind of testimonies of your immerse assistance without enjoying any economic gains among nairalanders.

Good deeds will always outshine evil ones.

I am still trying to settle down but be rest assured that I will be inviting you soon to my place for a drink because I appreciate what you did for me & still want more, lol.
