change your games to opposite prediction
Bro, lemme just say this. It was just pure luck for you when you did this, playing the opposite of someone's game. You might never get that kind of luck again. That's why some peops were angry that you didn't stake something tangible on it because, truth be told, that kind of opportunity might never come again. undecided

The reality is that there are drivers who have been blocked on Bolt and Uber and don't have any other option but Indrive. So they are left at the mercy of Indrive and Riders. I understand that and they are not too much. So if they are the only ones Indrive somehow prices will go up because the place will not be saturated.

What I haven't been able to wrap my head around is the situation where a driver who has access to Bolt and Uber will rather choose Indrive and the ridiculous fares above Bolt and Uber just because of low commission and at the end of the day isn't getting the full potential in earnings.

I have always been against a system like Indrive and they have not proved me wrong,
They are the ones driving the prices down rock bottom to d detriment of driver's, unfortunately drivers are useful ignorant collaborators in the whole mess.
You just said it the way it is right now. This is the situation we find ourselves. Quite pathetic!
BusinessRe: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by lexylexy(m): 7:07am On Feb 01, 2025
Pearl1910:
Na God go punish Bolt.
Based on what are they reducing the prices?
Has fuel price reduced or has inflation reduced or has cost of parts reduced or has their father bought and shared cars to all drivers with free fuel in d tank?
Based on the fact that some mumu drivers are accepting ridiculous fares on indrive. They have no choice but to reduce price so indrive doesn't push them out of the market completely.

How much is ideal to keep it on hire purchase?

pls how much can I put my 2006 camry for hire purchase presently?
Only you know how much you want for your car. Firstly, what's the current market price of the car? Since it's hire purchase, you'll add a premium on the market price. This gives you the hire purchase amount for your car.

Then you determine how much to be paid weekly by the driver. In case you have a car, I'm interested or you need more info,You can reach me on 08zero24566five3five.

😂😂😲😅. This is what you get when you go for cheap products. I've met riders on the island and even mainland that told me they can never use indrive. They place more priority on safety and comfort.

I'd like responses and insights please.
It depends on the owner of the car. Nothing specific here. There are some carlots that do car loan. You pay 30-40% of the value of the car then pay the rest over 1 or 2 years.
Some individuals have cars for hire purchase for 500k-1m down payment. Depends on the car owner.

In each case, you'll take care of Total maintenance of the car.

Beeori:
Good afternoon,

I’ve been following this thread for a while, and I must say it’s been quite insightful. I’m a young female interested in starting as an Uber driver, and I’m currently doing some research to better understand the field.

I’d love to hear from experienced drivers about the following:

How much can one realistically earn in a day?
What are the key dos and don’ts of being a successful Uber driver?
Why do we see fewer female Uber drivers, and how can I navigate challenges specific to women in this field?
What tips can help maximize earnings and improve the overall experience?
Any advice, personal experiences, or resources would be greatly appreciated.
Okay, lemme help the little way I can. So here it goes, in that order:

* You can earn between 10-30k daily after commission and fuel. This depends on a lot of factors like type and condition of car, hours online and market forces.

*Lots to discuss here, you'll probably learn more on the job. But major don'ts, avoid entering one way, avoid parking or pickup along major roads because of lastma, avoid V.I.O. e get why grin , you see that airport area, avoid picking up anyone inside or outside, except the car park.

*Most commercial drivers are male, danfo, Keke even private company drivers are mostly male. That's just the way it is everywhere. As a female driver, just be cool and calculated. If those lekki boys dey toast you, no gree for them o grin Most of them no get money, pure fake life cheesy

*To maximize earnings, now listen very carefully. As a newbie,Start work early so you can close early. Make sure there's fuel in your car, make sure your car is clean both in and out. During weekdays, in the morning, position around residential areas like lekki, Ajah, gbagada, Maryland, ogudu etc. Then in the afternoon from 3 or 4pm, position around commercial areas like ikeja, VI, Ikoyi, surulere etc to pick those closing from work.
Weekends na freestyle.

*The rest you'll learn on the job. Always look out for road signs. If lastma hold you for any offense, try settle with them before una reach their warehouse o grin. Don't allow Rider dictate to you where to pass. Don't do over familiarity with your rider. Police is your friend, if they stop you, just tell them you're Uber, they'll let you go, unless you carry those boys, just let them do their job, nothing concern you.

I think I've tried. You can shoot me a DM if you need more. Don't worry, I won't toast you grin

Stop night work
How can you carry 4 young active boys at midnight. There are specific rules for working at night, that is, if you must work beyond 10pm. You call your rider and ask how many they are. Make sure he sits in the front, unless na female. If possible, do only females during that period.

Assuming your full litre is 60l

Thats 1litres=7.7km
1km cost= N143
I cant say much to you o. Let the calculations speak. If you run on ac full time, these figures will change. For me it may not worth it except you target surge.
Most Camry's and even Corolla are same 1ltr=8km.

I’m considering it, I get about 290miles in full tank with occasional AC usage, I don’t know if that’s Economical enough for the business
Baba there's no harm in trying. I've seen someone doing it with a Highlander. Just do a one or two weeks trial. You can always quit if it doesn't favor you.
