You can not work as a visitor (holiday) and without money and ties to home you will not get a visa.
To study you need funds to pay tuition AND living expences first.

I want to study and work abroad as an undergraduate but i don't have the necessary capital to back up my plan.... At the moment, i have about 700k in my account but it isn't enough to pay for accomodation and feeding not to talk of tuition...

My question is...

I plan on coming to the uk with this money then get a menial job and work for like 2years in order to save enough to further my education...

What are my chances?

I think it's as a result of male preference to light skinned ladies.... It makes dark skinned ladies think they ain't valued anymore in the society thereby resorting to artificial means of skin lightning which has a negative adverse effect....

Exposure to sunlight causes a darker skin so to look a bit light in complexion, i think females should adopt this strategy of limiting time spent in the sun as that would help'em in achieving a not too light but fresh skin....
