Health / Are You Asthmatic? Good News For You. by Libracin2(f): 5:49pm On Aug 29, 2017
Asthma is a chronic lung disease that inflames and narrows the airways in the lungs. Airways are tubes that carry air into and out of the lungs. These airways get so narrow that air cannot move freely. If one has asthma, the inside walls of the airways become sores and swollen and that makes them very sensitive and they may react strongly to things that one is allergic to or find irritating. This swelling also can worsen, making the airways even narrower. It can cause breathlessness and serious wheezing (a whistling sound when one breathes) especially early in the morning or at night.
Cells in the airways might make more mucus than usual. Mucus is a sticky, thick liquid that can further narrow the airways. The chain reaction can result in asthma and symptoms can happen each time the airways are inflamed. People who have asthma have inflamed airways.
The inflammation makes the airways swollen and very sensitive. The airways tend to react strongly to certain inhaled substances. When the airways react, the muscles around them tighten. This narrows the airways, causing less air to flow into the lungs. When symptoms get more intense and more symptoms occur, that means one is having an asthma attack. Asthma affects people of all ages, but it most often starts during childhood.

There are two types of asthma: allergic (caused by exposure to an allergen) and nonallergic (caused by stress, exercise, illnesses like a cold or the flu, or exposure to extreme weather, irritants in the air or some medications).
However, asthma is treated with two kinds of medicines;
(quick-relief medicines to stop symptoms, and long-term control medicines to prevent symptoms.

SYMPTOMS INCLUDE:
 COUGHING
 WHEEZING or NOISY BREATHING
 CHEST TIGHTNESS
 SHORTNESS OF BREATH

Not all people who have asthma have these symptoms, and sometimes, having these symptoms doesn’t mean that you have asthma. Your doctor will diagnose asthma based on lungs functions tests. And when your asthma symptoms become worse than usual, it is called asthma attack. Treating symptoms when you first notice them is important because it will help prevent the symptoms from worsening and causing a severe asthma attack, as severe asthma attack may require emergency care, and they can be fatal. Asthma often runs in families; according to the World Health Organization, about half the cases are due to genetic susceptibility and half result from environmental factors. Asthma can be best managed by seeing an allergist, as effective treatments are available. If people with asthma are exposed to a substance to which they are sensitive or a situation that changes their regular breathing patterns, the symptoms can become more severe.
Effective treatment of allergic asthma includes identifying and avoiding allergens that trigger symptoms, using drug therapies and developing an emergency action plan for severe attacks. Prevention of symptoms is the best strategy. A person with asthma should know what situations trigger an attack, examples (rritants in the air, such as smoke, chemical fumes, colds, and strong odors) and avoid them whenever possible.

Now, if you are an asthma patient, worry no more. With LIBRACIN Herbal Products you can live normal, active life and sleep through the night without interruption from asthma.

For successful and thorough treatment, use LIBRACIN natural medicine today. LIBRACIN products are approved by NAFDAC, very effective and 100% natural with no form of side effect.

Health / Reduce Your Weight And Be Free From Obesity With Queek Triim Natrual Tea. by Libracin2(f): 1:11pm On Aug 24, 2017
OBESITY is defined as abnormal or excessive fat accumulation, which may have a negative effect on one’s health. Obesity is an increasingly common problem because for many people modern living involves eating excessive amounts of cheap, high-calorie food and spending a lot of time sitting down, at desks, on sofas or in cars.

CAUSES:
Obesity is generally caused by consuming more calories, particularly those in fatty and sugary foods, than you burn off through physical activity. Meanwhile, the excess energy is stored by the body as fat.
Other reasons for obesity include;
• Genetic influences
• Physiological influences
• Food intake and eating disorders
• Life style
Obesity can affect your quality of life and lead to psychological problems, such as depression and low self-esteem.

RISKS:
The psychological problems associated with being obese can affect your relationships with family and friends, and may lead to depression as well the following:
• sleep apnoea – a condition that causes interrupted breathing during sleep, which can lead to daytime sleepiness with an increased risk of road traffic accidents, as well as a greater risk of diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease
• liver disease and kidney disease
• pregnancy complications, such as gestational diabetes or pre-eclampsia (when a woman experiences a potentially dangerous rise in blood pressure during pregnancy).
Obesity can cause a number of further problems, including difficulties with daily activities and serious health conditions. Day-to-day problems related to obesity include:
• breathlessness
• increased sweating
• snoring
• difficulty doing physical activity
• often feeling very tired
• joint and back pain
• low confidence and self-esteem
• feeling isolated
There are also some underlying health conditions that can occasionally contribute to weight gain, such as an underactive thyroid gland (hypothyroidism), although these type of conditions don’t usually cause weight problems if they're effectively controlled with medication.
It's very important to take steps to tackle obesity because, as well as causing obvious physical changes; it can lead to a number of serious and potentially life-threatening conditions, such as:
• coronary heart disease
• some types of cancer, such as breast cancer and bowel cancer
• stroke (Cerebrovascular accident)

Being obese can also increase your risk of developing many potentially serious health conditions, including:
• type 2 diabetes – a condition that causes a person's blood sugar level to become too high
• high blood pressure
• high cholesterol and atherosclerosis (where fatty deposits narrow your arteries), which can lead to coronary heart disease and stroke
• asthma
• metabolic syndrome – a combination of diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity
• several types of cancer, including bowel cancer, breast cancer and womb cancer
• gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GORD) – where stomach acid leaks out of the stomach and into the oesophagus (gullet)
• gallstones – small stones, usually made of cholesterol, that form in the gallbladder
• reduced fertility
• osteoarthritis – a condition involving pain and stiffness in your joints
There are many ways in which a person's health in relation to one’s weight can be classified, but the most widely used method is body mass index (BMI). BMI isn't used to definitively diagnose obesity, because people who are very muscular sometimes have a high BMI without excess fat. But for most people, BMI is a useful indication of whether they're a healthy weight, overweight or obese. You can use the BMI healthy weight calculator to work out your score.
A better measure of excess fat is waist circumference, which can be used as an additional measure in people who are overweight (with a BMI of 25 to 29.9) or moderately obese (with a BMI of 30 to 34.9).
Generally, men with a waist circumference of 94cm (37in) or more and women with a waist circumference of 80cm (about 31.5in) or more are more likely to develop obesity-related health problems.
For most adults, a BMI of:
• 18.5 to 24.9 means you're a healthy weight
• 25 to 29.9 means you're overweight
• 30 to 39.9 means you're obese
• 40 or above means you're severely obese

The best way to treat obesity is to eat a healthy, reduced-calorie diet and exercise regularly. To do this you should:
• eat a balanced, calorie-controlled diet as recommended by your doctor, or weight loss management health professional (such as a dietitian).
• join a local weight loss group
• take up activities such as fast walking, jogging, swimming or tennis for 150 to 300 minutes (two-and-a-half to five hours) a week
• eat slowly and avoid situations where you know you could be tempted to overeat.
PREVENTION:
Preventing obesity is important. Once fat cells form, they remain in your body forever. Although you can reduce the size of fat cells, you cannot get rid of them. Whether you're at risk of becoming obese, currently overweight or at a healthy weight, you can take steps to prevent unhealthy weight gain and related health problems. Not surprisingly, the steps to prevent weight gain are the same as the steps to lose weight. To prevent obesity and maintain a healthy body weight, eat a well-balanced diet, exercise regularly, know and avoid the food traps that cause you to eat and monitor your weight regularly.

Now, if you are obese, having known the causes, risks and prevention of obesity, you can reduce your weight naturally with QUEEK TRIIM natural tea, a product of LIBRACIN Natural Medicine. QUEEK TRIIM natural tea is good for weight loss, very effective, 100% natural, approved by NADAC and without side effective. With QUEEK TRIIM you will look good with that lovely stature you desire.

Health / Treat Malaria With Neem Tea by Libracin2(f): 12:23pm On Aug 24, 2017
Malaria is a life-threatening disease caused by parasites that are transmitted to people through the bites of infected female Anopheles mosquitoes. • tiredness
• nausea
• vomiting

Meanwhile, if you're traveling to locations where malaria is common, it is advisable to take preventive medicine before, during and after your trip.
Many malaria parasites are now immune to the most common drugs used to treat the disease. That is why LIBRACIN Natural Medicine has produced this effective herbal medicine ( NEEM Tea) to flush malaria out from your body system and make you strong and healthy. Now you can treat malaria and stop that high fever with Neem Tea.
