Now, if you were not such a novice in nuclear weaponry, you would know that what the US still has is sufficient to end the world twice over and still have allowance for redundancy. The US has enough nukes to target every major city in the world, TWICE!!!

So, Russia having more nukes does not mean much in the larger context. What the Russian nukes can do, the US nukes can also do.

US won the arms race as evidenced by the break up of the Soviet Union and dissolution of the Warsaw Treaty Organisation (Warsaw pact).

As at 1990, the Soviet Union couldn't even run a proper government because it had expended so much on the arms race.

As at 1939, Russia had an agreement in place with Nazi Germany to annex Europe.

Russia's actions are not new. History has shown it to be an opportunistic bully. Even initially siding with Nazi Germany to share Europe and annexing some independent nations. So Russia is just as power hungry as any other superpower.

As much as it is not perfect, it bears noting that the US has had to intervene TWICE to save the world from mad tyrants.

It bears further noting that Russia had indirectly and directly supported the axis on both occasions before reversing itself.

The US has every right to be concerned about another world war.

The US might seem a bit off-colour military wise at this time, but Russia would do well not to wake the 'unserious' giant because if the US enters overdrive with its arms development, its game over.

You are the one talking as if you are senseless It is because Russia didn't really see much benefit or value in colonizing any where in Africa like the others. It isn't because they care to that extent, at the time they have their eyes on Europe. It is not like Russia haven't tried to invade other countries before but at the time their eyes were on Europe and they didn't see much value in Africa, proximity was also another factor.
