2yrs and 5 months but he applied for our son and I exactly his 2yrs stay there which was in March 10th

Please is there anything I can do about this visa delay? Since they started giving priority to visa processing people who currently applied are getting their visa within a short period while people who applied since late last year and early this year are still in queue. Some people in a group where I am on Facebook said they reapplied and got visa visa within 2 months or so but I don't know if we should do same or still wait, in two days time will make it 5 months since we applied partner visa. Am really crying i miss my husband

Please can you share the documents u summited , my husband wants to apply for me and my daughter's. He is already in Australia with students visa

Your husband should get a lawyer there in Australia who will handle the visa processing so he will tell him the documents to be submitted

Did he add you as wife/partner when he applied for the initial visa from Nigeria even though you were not going with him?
Is your husband a postgraduate student?
Did he met the financial and health requirements for the dependents?
If the answers are right, you will get the visa in no distant time.
If not, there would be more delay.

We meet all their requirements and yes he included me when he was doing the initial visa but his Visa was already submitted before I got pregnant so our son was not in the picture in his initial Visa

Our VISA was released last week. Our application was submitted in March. The waiting was really exhausting, but it ended in praise.please, have faith that God will do it, and be strong. Your testimony is next.

Pls be calm and prayerful. I guess u are offshore and your husband is onshore at the time of filling the application. Ours took almost 5months, but it came out successful, although he didn’t change his school, he only included myself and my daughter in his new application when he got to Australia . Priority is currently given to the fresh student applicants, and because of the large numbers of applicants ,this might have caused a little bit of delay. It will come out soonest and successful.

My husband is on student visa but he changed school so he applied to extend his visa when it was about to expire which he included our son and I and is going to be 5 months by 10th of this month since we submitted visa application and we haven't been given visa. We are really worried and he used a very good lawyer there in Australia
