The man was caught in Rumuola Port Harcourt on Tuesday,and was apprehended a mentally unstable man while picking used condoms and sanitary pads.

The Port Harcourt City Twitter page, @DirectPHC, has taken to the social networking platform to share the video of a mentally unstable man who was brutally beaten after he was caught picking used condoms and sanitary pads in Rivers state.

It was gathered that the man was caught at about 8:35 a.m. today by residents at Rumuola in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
