The school is at fault because jamb said they shouldn't grant admission if they are not going to be 16 by August this year so people turning 16 before that time shouldn't have any problem,And FUTA granted admission why didn't they not stop the admission when they saw her age it is very very wrong,it is not about breaking any law,the school should have said their policy is not to admit anyone less than 16,they should either refund the money or defer the admission,that is the right thing for the school to do, would they now keep the money to themselves,that is just fraud
