Sorry about your nasty experience.

1. If you can dismantle the tv carefully, do it and remove the led strip.
2. Locate an electronic store at ARENA in Lagos for the purchase of a new led strip.
3. Fixing the right LED Strip will remove the dark spots on the screen and create a clean white background
4. If you need help on the procedure, watch youtube videos

Give 24 hours for compressor to settle.

Also don't load up the freezer at once,

After 24 hours,switch freezer on,let it work without anything in it for the first 24 hours also,then start loading gradually till operation is optimal.

It was when I got a brand new freezer I read all these instructions.

Don't know maybe it's a new thing with this new freezers,

The compressor vent should not be too close to the wall.

The back too should not be too close to the wall.

Allow for proper ventilation.

Your former position might be well ventilated all round the freezer.

Compare and contrast.

I believe this is about the guy that has been trolling you recently. I am not sure you should go the legal route because of that yet.

A better way will be to mail the supermods explaining the situation and reference all the comments from the guy through links. All the defamatory comments will be deleted and he will be handed a princely ban time.

If the supermods does nothing about it, then you can go the legal route and even reference their inactions in your petition.
