This will give u cash flow.. the rent is coming to u and ur house is still there intact.. and appreciating in value.. u can sell d house if u need ur money back any time... land can only grow your money but will not give you cash flow... Meaning once u buy it. U wunt get money from it unless u sell it... . Most wealthy people in the world are into real estate. It's d only business dat can hardly fail.. except if fire attacks or u buy a house with problems. My advice is.. go for properties.. out it up for rent. This will give u more money.. think about it. Fix deposit is not sure anymore... Many banks will fold up in 2026 and beyond
