Yes, so you are saying that Dangote should sell fuel for free at the expense of worker's salares, paying off suppliers, maintenance and repair costs (remember that 98% of the refinery components come from abroad, so repairing and maintaing them would not be cheap), and also transporters should forget about being paid, to say nothing of crude oil suppliers (dangote even gets some of his crude from abroad...that's about 65% of his crude...so that you can have cheap fuel

Also, let's carry this further. I assume you own a business..therefore, since we are in Nigeria, you can afford to set the prices of your stuff or work to about half of what it originally cost so that poor nigerians can afford your service, even if it harms your bottom line.

All points you highlighted are valid and significant for business growth. This is where subsidy kicks in. Fine FG said they will remove subsidy. I don't expect them to remove it completely. It can be done in phases. Just like good luck Jonathan did.. wit this we can get cheaper fuel. Just for Nigerians. Neighbouring countries can buy at prices obtainable in the global market. And a law should be passed that any PMS smugglers caught should face capital punishment.

In other words, you want transporters to transport fuel for free, and workers at the refineries, and the petrol stations to take massive cuts in their salaries, so that fuel would cost N400 for you. You also want to discourage new investment in refineries, and make the existing refineries become scrap like the NNPC refineries...so that we end up importing again and again and sending scarce forex abroad , that could have been used at home.

Bro are we importing crude oil? We have a refinery here... Dangote refinery. He can refine and sell to Nigerians at a cheaper rate if he gets crude at a cheaper rate.. we are the cause of our problems in this country. We don't want a soft life for us. We are making things difficult for ourselves
