download failed then below it 'the download was unable to connect" dats for watsapp, then for Google play 'couldn't sign in' am just so fed up |

what do u mean by 'rooted' since I bought my fine I CNT just access Google play store and oda tins it keep on writing couldn't sign in......am using an OPPSSON product,my network is Airtel I dnt just knw where the problem is coming from |
