What do u think they mean by restructuring? Wont they pay April?

Please is there anyone here with useful info on how to go about it? Coz I will be in Jos by Monday. My E-learning Levy is it to be paid in school or at d bank too

Please guyz I need ur help, I just got ANAN admission 2015 and I want to go pay in the bank b4 going to Jos, will I pay d Levy fee of 15k in the bank or the school?
