Please � I need some assistance.
This afternoon I saw some sparks around our house prepaid meter and I rushed to clear it off to avoid the entire house setting ablaze. I further open the prepaid meter and try to clean some dust inside. These are particular parts that I touched: 1. I tempered with the jumper but correctly and careful fix it back, everything was fine and light came.
2. I opened the cage with the camera and clean it, after which I still carefully coupled it back BUT at this time LIGHT COULD ONLY GOOES IN BUT NOT OUT[b], so we are not having light.

I didn't some troubleshooting like toping up the Token Negative result. I brought an external lamp with wire to test the flow of current, I discovered that everything is working EXCEPT that there is no outage volt.

I don't know what to do, I'm afraid of calling the PHCN they might change it for me.
