Another thing the country needs to do is tax double those that have multiple houses and are not a company providing housing for rent. So many abandoned and closed up houses owned by one person taking up space in this country across all states. Let us see which land is free and which is not and plan accordingly so our states look decent. Some useless people pack houses like they are mad or something. Only one person 3 houses or more just to boast that they have houses.
