Hello, I live in the US. Been living here for the past 5 years. I went to apply for a Thai tourist visa and was asked to provide an NDLEA certificate which I can only obtain from Nigeria.

I looked at the requirements to obtain that and it seems almost impossible without being in Nigeria. I cannot travel back in Nigeria for this reason. My flight and accommodation to Thailand is nonrefundable and I will loose a lot of money if I am unable to find a way around this certificate. can anyone help with this please, what can I do?
