Hello everyone,

I am a student of UNILAG looking to get an apartment anywhere in Yaba with a treckable distance to my school. I won't mind any kind of house, all I need is light and a place where tenants could visit the gents and shower.

Being a small money man, I can't pay more than 35k for agreement and commission. My maximum budget for the house is 3-4k per month making it 48k for 1 year. I can only afford to pay for one year as at now to renew my rent before the 1 year expires. This makes my total budget for the house #90000 at most.
