Hi ! I'm going to California as an exchange student for 6 months in january. To this extent I'm about to apply for a J-1 Visa. In the DS-160 form I'm asked "Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services? ". I'm also about to apply for the diversity lottery 2016, so should I answer YES or NO to this ? I'm confused. Thank you in advance for your help !! Lena. |
