Yea, it was basic

A panel of 7 persons, though not all the panelists actively participated.

Normal interview questions except for the fact that they tried to determine if I have background knowledge of the role I applied for.

In the end it is their evaluation that counts.

I believe that in every recruitment process candidates have better control over their success in the interview stage than in any other stage.

So if you made it through those very difficult and strangely assembled test questions, you can do this.

Actually I did the first test even though the questions no be for this world .... Later on, I was sent an email for second test and I did it also....
That test ehnn, time and the questions were so complicated..

Now I have been picked for the third interview again..

Does anyone has an idea of the following?

How can i check my 1st and 2nd test result because I wasn't shown?

Being invited for 3rd part which is interview, does it mean I passed the first 2 stages or what?

All the past stages were subtle and difficult. So you would expect the cutoff to be low.

Still that does not detract from the quality of the candidates.
