items like this should rather be purchased from Aliexpress or Alibaba because they are china products. If you buy from Ebay it will take like 2 weeks before i receive it in US because the item location is china.

When you want me to bid for a item. You budget $20, iw ill start with like $10 and increase by $1-$2 if someone outbids me. When i get to your budget of $20 i will stop. That means you've lot the bid except you ask me to continue to $30. In this case you'll send me $10 balance as soon as i win your item.

If you check through the tracking steps well, you'll see "undeliverable as addressed" then "Returned to sender" and then "undeliverable as addressed" again before Delivered.
