youngnapo: Hello house, This is my experience with doing business with Linkto and Company. I contacted linkto on the 23th of this month and i discussed a Package i wanted to be delivered to Nigeria. Linkto gave me his warehouse address which when i contacted the seller she said its close. To cut a long story short, the seller delivered to Linkto's warehouse same day.First of all, i want to say i'm sorry. I want to state here that the reason why i charged $15 was that your service was urgent. We had already consolidated the items we need to ship. Yours happened to be a special service. Then the issue of my partner saying he wasn't aware of it is the truth. He just told you the truth, the fact is, since it was urgent, i never told him of your pack, so he thought the pack belongs to one of the big merchants that uses the same shipping service. Also, when he called me to verify, he said the manner with which you used to approach him was very rude. Pls note that we have been doing this before someone (one of our client) suggested that we open a tread on Nairaland so we have been dealing with a lot of people. Pls bear with us for now. Thank you for doing business with us. Your next shipment through us will be splendid. We promise to step up our service to serve you better. |
