Mr Active man, I'm not here to dent your company's image or reputation, but some of the complaints made by jeal4real are really true and I think you should attend to them accordingly. Starting with your customer care number, that number is inactive and has been for several months. Then the activation issue, I sent you an image of my driver's license and my international passport for verification and it hasn't been done for months and your site says it shouldn't take more than 5 minutes. I know your site is not a total scam, im sorry for using the phrase 'total scam' because I actually purchased a couple of recharge cards before my account was blocked and when my payment for my dstv bills didn't go through I was refunded hut please this reactivation issue is taking too long, please tend to it ASAP.
