I don't understand this new format bet9ja had introduce, can someone help and explain this formation for me “ correct score multi ( 1-0, 1-1, 0-2, 1-2) ”

please friends, I need your help and advise here. I just secure a new job for my self, first week of this month which I cannot afford to miss it. have not done my school clearance yet but I will later. nysc registration is on now.
please how do I go about deferring the service to start in next year?
if I defer it, will I still register on the next batch?
what is the process I have follow up? thanks.
