I'm no expert but here's what I know; Most public universities in France charge the same amount for undergraduate, postgraduate and doctorate degrees. These fees are regulated by the government and as of now, the national fees are Undergraduate: €184 Postgraduate : €254 Doctorate: €388 You are required to subscribe for mandatory health insurance though which is a couple hundred euros. Also some public schools have applied/chosen to be autonomous and therefore have the ability to set their own fees. That being said, no one can tell you which schools offer national tuition because you can find that in one school, they'd have some courses that have national fees and others with higher fees (think thousands of euros). So I'd advise that you decide on which course you want to study and invest in some (looonngg) hours on the Internet/Google, that's what I did. You can start from the campus france website. There you can search and apply different filters like language of the program, location, price, etc. Goodluck! aobayomi: |
Depends on what's on your visa. If it says schengen countries then you can go to Spain first but it says France specifically then you must enter the schengen space through France. You can however pass through another schengen country so far as you enter France within 5 days of your arrival. amofum: |

Hello all, Thank you for all the input in this thread, it has been really helpful. Please I have a couple of questions concerning the student visa documents 1. I finally got my accommodation attestation after over a month of headache but now the actual documents states my name, the address of the residence, monthly rent and the date of the beginning of my tenancy (aug 15 2017). it doesn't however state the duration of the course as the visa checklist states. Is this going to be a problem? 2. If I do my preliminary interview at the CampusFrance Abuja office, do I still have to go through VFS? 3. Is the proof of payment of course fees compulsory? I checked the university's website and there is nowhere to pay fees. Thank you in advance for all your help!!! @whitetiger511 @ogatboy please help, thanks |
