The so called company can set about importing anything from pens to water now cost for important is let's say $2000 for water in your books you put tractors and engine parts at $100,000 for projects in xyz state

These items are usually abandoned all they need is the paper work

Very true I know a friend whose wife got the contract for a state in the north I won't name for obvious reasons.

She cooks only once a week for 20 schools in the state

Some months she doesn't cook at all even

It's a wind fall from this government she stays... And yes she voted for buhari obviously

I think this is actually to check mate that. When one knows the vehicle will belong to you , it would make one driver smarter to avoid damage but yes maybe faster
