apply common sense when talking......if we are truly sovreign why are we still borrowing and collecting aids upon all the resources God has given us to buld ourselves...you say we are sovreign yet candidates go to report to their masters in chatam house for what exactly? if you thing we are sovreign youre a joker

As a developing country, borrowing and aids is not a bad thing, it is meant for the development and the growth of the country.

Oh! Yes we are bless with natural resources, there's limit to what it can brings to the table without international trade and foreign investment, which will foster growth and development.

The problem is how these resources and funds is being used, which brings us down to corruption with the adjusted constitution that favors more of the rich and politicians.

Nigeria is a sovereign state. The least they can do is to cut or stop aids, visa restrictions, tariff increase etc. Military action is a no no. I just hope this can push the government to do the needful and foster positive corporation with international to end this insurgency, killing, Bandits, Boko Haram, herdsmen, kidnapping that has now become a norms in the society. But the question is, will they? As all their hands are on deck for the upcoming presidential election.

Government obviously knows the sponsors, and they have romance them to the fact that they are getting strong and stronger. Reason for the romance could be because of the political, religious and economy gain. Many of them have been rehabilitate into the military and the system while some are in the bushes accross the state with their long time aganda to Islamise the country. It's just best for the government to do the needful and not to be playing politics.

But this empowerment has k-leg , i don't think this is what the community needs to be empowered. The focus should be on the government providing social amenities like good water etc.
