Mail hacc@dha.gov.za telling them you can't find the icon to download the adjudication outcome. That's what we did and the issue was resolved. They fixed it the same day we sent the mail and we were able to download the outcome

Have you submitted your application, upload all required documents needed from you and make payment before now?

Yes I submitted all required documents and made payment on August 14, that is the same day I submitted my application. On my application dashboard, my payment status shows PAID

Hi all, I received a letter from Home Affairs stating the below 👇🏾.

“You are required to electronically add / finalize supporting documents to your online application within 14 days of this letter. Failure to do so will lead to your application being CANCELLED and any money paid will not be refunded to you.
Should you have any queries, please call……”

Now the issue is, I have no idea of the document they are requesting considering I uploaded all necessary documents. Also, my application show ADJUDICATION OUTCOME RECEIVED but I’ve no idea what that means as I’ve gotten any visa acceptance or rejection letter. Please has anyone been in this situation before? What do you propose I do?
