traveled to Abuja in 2006 , where a number of his brothers
and sisters had already been residing, livinus set up his
own company with few of his friends Kingsley, chuks,

called it C OBI CONSTRUCTIONS AND GROUP. the firm's
first office was in Dei Dei international building materials
market Abuja, which was later relocated to Anambra
state. Where Livinus and Chuks became the sole owner of
C OBI CONSTRUCTIONS AND GROUP.
In 2008, C OBI CONSTRUCTIONS AND GROUP was
awarded a contract to construct an estate in Gwarimpah
Abuja.
In 2009, C OBI CONSTRUCTIONS AND GROUP was able to
obtain bigger contract to construct a shopping mall in
Delta state, within that same year C OBI CONSTRUCTIONS
AND GROUP was able to obtain another contract, to
construct a development residential property in the state.
To modify its project, C OBI CONSTRUCTIONS AND
GROUP started a partnership with ISSUM
CONSTRUCTIONS and won a bid to design and construct
an estate in Abuja for civil servants quarters of about 500
units buildings.
